Guests
Only those receiving services are permitted at the appointment. Children and other guests are not permitted as they may be a safety hazard.
This policy is waived in cases of minors, as they MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A guest may also be permitted for individuals with disabilities that need accommodations during their visit.
Booking/Payment
A card on file will be required at the time of booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation without proper notice.
Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, cash, Apple pay & Google pay.
Late/Cancellation
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked.
Clients who are 5+ minutes late will have their appointment rescheduled and the 50% no show/cancellation fee will be applied.
If card declines for cancellation fee, that total will be due before any other bookings will be accepted.
Forms & Waivers
All new clients are required to complete any forms applicable to services booked prior to the day of their appointment.
Forms must be updated if there are changes to the information, and once yearly if there are no changes.
